MEET OUR LEADERSHIP

TOM ESTES, PASTOR

Tom Estes was born in 1978 in Hamilton, Ohio, where he grew up before living in Kentucky, Florida, Oregon, and now Missouri. For more than 20 years, Tom has faithfully served in ministry, preaching and teaching the Word of God with a heart to see lives transformed by the gospel.

Since October 2023, Tom has served the people of Calvary Baptist Church in Versailles, Missouri—first as interim pastor and then, beginning in April 2024, as pastor. Under his leadership, the church has experienced steady growth, and Tom is excited and optimistic about what God is continuing to do in and through Calvary.

In addition to his pastoral ministry, Tom also serves as Chief of Staff to State Senator Rick Brattin and is the founder of MO Protects, an organization dedicated to advancing strong pro-life laws in Missouri. These roles reflect his passion not only for shepherding the church but also for engaging in the cultural and legislative battles that shape our communities.

Tom is husband to Kristin and father to Noel, Natalie, Nicole, and Nathan. Together, their family is committed to following Christ, serving His church, and standing for life at every stage.

KRISTIN ESTES, WORSHIP LEADER

A Florida native, Kristin Estes has been using her musical gifts in church since childhood, first playing piano in worship services while still in elementary school. Today, she serves at Calvary Baptist Church as both Worship Leader and Multi-Media Director, helping guide the church family in Christ-centered worship each week.

Kristin is also a skilled appliance repair technician and business owner, combining creativity and hands-on problem solving in her everyday life. Beyond her work, she finds joy in hiking, singing, playing piano, spending time with family, and fixing just about anything.

Kristin is the wife of Pastor Tom Estes and the proud mother of their four children—Noel, Natalie, Nicole, and Nathan. Her life reflects a heart for worship, a love for family, and a passion for serving both the church and community.

RONNIE CONNER, DEACON

Born in 1949, Ronnie Conner came to know the Lord at an early age, being saved and baptized in Gravois Creek when he was just nine years old. He was ordained as a deacon on January 24, 1982 at Gravois Mills Baptist Church and has faithfully served the Lord ever since.

For more than 50 years, Ronnie has taught Sunday School, sharing the truths of Scripture with generation after generation. Along the way, he has also preached sermons, led funerals, and supported countless families through ministry.

Ronnie married his wife in 1968, and together they raised three children who are now raising Christian families of their own and actively serving the Lord. Nearly a decade ago, Ronnie began serving at Calvary Baptist Church, where his steady leadership, humble service, and love for God’s people continue to bless the church family.

MARJORIE HARDEY, CHURCH SECRETARY

Marjorie Hardey was saved more than 63 years ago and has walked faithfully with the Lord ever since. She became a member of Calvary Baptist Church in 1991 and has been a steady part of the church family for more than three decades.

In addition to her service as church secretary, Marjorie has spent much of her life caring for others, becoming a nurse in 1993. She is the proud mother of two daughters, grandmother of three grandchildren, and great-grandmother to one great-grandchild.

Her life reflects a quiet faithfulness, a heart for people, and a deep love for her family and her church.
